I have found that even with the backlight brightness turned as far down as it can go without turning off, I still often find it to be too bright. Is there any program or registry modification that I could use to dim the backlight? Thanks in advance.

I was wondering if anyone had attempt to removed the keyboard of the wizard, making it..thinner! I never have use for it. I studied the service mannual> how to disembly the wizard, and thought it might be possible, but I haven't give it a try. Will the wizard still function if I were to removed the keyboard?

I just got my first T-Mobile MDA and was disappointed to find that the backlight on the keyboard only stays on for 2 seconds (seriously). I can not find any settings that allow me to change that ........... does anyone out there know how to change this? I am a novice at this, so please keep it simple. Thanks

I have a 8125 and the glass is broken. I have spare 8125's with good glass, how do I switch out the glass?

Here's an update to my (nearly) free MDA from T-Mobile Experience.
Surprisingly, it is mostly positive! From ordering my phone and plan, modifying the plan, canceling my old plan, receiving the MDA by mail, and setting up the MDA with WiFi and (after a minor blip) Bluetooth with ActiveSync, internet browsing, and Skypeout service. I hope others who have an MDA can benefit from my positive experiences.
