Has anyone successfully installed Android on their Wizard yet? I wish I was skilled enough to attempt it myself, but I am much better at following instructions.

We need a new site for the new HTC Devices like the Tilt and the Touch. It'd be a nice touch as this is the most active community(or was) that I've seen for any htc phone(or other phone by that means) other than XDA. so yeah.. Maybe the creator of this site will put up something new?

TyTN with mobile6 not synchronising with exchange 2003

I have a TyTn with mobile 6 on. I have downloaded the certificate from my exchange server and exported it to a .pxf file, which I have then installed on my phone. Now I have the following problems.

1. When I try to sync with exchange all I get is a sycronisation error.

Ps mobile sync is enable on the server and it has worked.

Can somone please help!!!

Can anybody help me. Just configured a new PC (running XP) and for some reason I cannot sync with my htc. Error message on the htc is "unable to obtain a server assigned ip address, try again later or enter an ip address in network settings. Any advice to get me going again?

I was messing with my friends 8550 which comes standard with WM5 i saw under the bluetooth section they have a 4th tab called security that gives the option to have to use a passkey to (beam) a file to that device i look through the entire registry to find how to enable that on the wizard i figured since they are both windows mobile 5 computers that there hasto be some way to enable that feature on the wizard if some one can find that and provide a registry update that be great.

I have an Cingular (HTC) 8125 with WM6. The person from whom I purchased this says that the phone is unlocked but when I insert my t-mobile SIM, it starts searching for network but doesn't connect to. Neither it asks for unlock code. How do I test whether the phone is truly unlocked? Please help

Hi-to all the genius of the wizard world- It's nice to get connected with u all...

Guys- I am the proud owner of an HTC Wizard (imate K Jam) since last two years. Fortunately for me, it was working fine until a few days back inspite of all the rough handling... installing, uninstalling of scores of software, hard reset etc etc. For this reason I didn't come in contact with u guys.

Off late I found there problems regarding the touch screen. Sometimes it even stops responding to the screen alignment attempts. While going through it, I found a lot of dirt got deposited around the corners of the touch screen. And till now, it was working well when I used to clean the corners by dipping a no.1 paint brush (flat) into clean gasoline (petrol). But slowly it is becoming worse.

24/08/07, i buy HTC TOUCH and install sync cd (Windows Mobile Getting Started htc touch)to my pc, cd show i need to install http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
than proceed to download at internet, therefore i paid such software that i want to download, still cannot playing or open the cd. i try test the software link to internet, result "you successfully download the programs".

i have been trying to unlock a cingular wizard 8125 so that i can use it with my t-mobile service but every time i try the lokiwiz03a, i get an error message. this is my phone information, and i would really appreciate if anyone can help me. thank you.

Its nice to see such a devote community to the wizard(personally a 8125) however I think some of us should motion to start up a mogul community as well as that phone is freshly on the sprint network and is already creating a good buzz(I've sold several this week and have nothing but pleased customers)
