I would like to thank HTC Europe for the help and excellent service.

I managed to drop my O2 xda Mini S which resulted in one of the top clips of the battery cover breaking off.

I contacted O2 who would not sell me a cover with out first having the whole phone sent to them to check out!

I contacted HTC via their website and my email was routed to HTC Europe (Which is based in the UK).

They were able to provide me a new battery cover for the sum of £5.oo all in.

So I would like to thank HTC especially Stephanie Chan who, as far as I am concerned, went above and beyond to assist me.
