I guess this should go into networking so if goes somewhere else point me in the right direction!

I'm trying to connect my O2 XDA Mini S to my labtop, now I have 2 labtops and got Active Sync 4.2 setup on both of them. I install the program connect the phone and walla it works...........errr not quite :(

The phone detects, ok, then I can access files through the explore function, but it doesn't seem to be syncing with the labtop(s). I have appointments in my calender, notes, and other stuff which I checked on both devices to sync (labtop and XDA). However, the syncronizing wheel just turns and turns and nothing in terms of notes or appointments or anything is transferred????

To make matters worse after a while the phone will stop working with the labtop all together and not detect. The only way to overcome this is by re-installing Active Sync, then it seems to work fine?

I don't know what the problem is as I've setup both devices (or all 3 devices if you count my other labtop too) properly and yet they don't seem to wana behave or like each other!

Is this another Microsoft quirk or is it me?
