Hi. Does anyone know how to prevent ActiveSync from continually starting? It seems to drain power and reduce performance. I read and article which gave instruction that worked perfectly. Unortunately a hard reset removed the changes and I cant find the article again! Help most welcome.

Activesync prevent from starting

If I remember correctly, it goes something like this......

start, programs, activesync, menu, add server source,

enter 'fake' to all the prompts.

This will add a server and ungrey the option to 'schedule'

Change that to 'manual'

Delete the new server source

Schedule now greyed out but remains in manual mode.
