T-Mobile pats HTC Wizard Web on the back

A HTC Wizard Web member sent me a private message that made me feel like T-Mobile was patting me on the back. Names and phone numbers have been obscured:



Below is the email I got from Corporate T-Mobile when I asked too many questions about the HTC Wizard. They basicly came back with: "We sell it not make it so get support from..."

And look who they refered me to!

It’s like telling you to look in a mirror then go figure. What’s good about it is they all are watching the site. I have even seen talk about HTC in Cingular forums.

I work for T-Mobile as well, and Customer Relations are basically CCR's that handle the web correspondence. But kudos do go to this site, I refer this site to many customers for insight. We really have to watch what we say about endorsing any third party websites so I am careful who I refer. But anyways, if you need any kind of middle man feel free to PM me, I'll be happy to help out.

well being the guy that that the email was sent to. this was just not that CSR that this went around and it followed up a lot of phone calles with engineers and other staff so real kudos to
this site.
