Storage Problems!!

My Wizard all the sudden told me that I was out of storage on my device and that I cant use any programs.

I haven't done anything! I swear that last time I checked it said I had about 30 mbs left. Now there's .48 mb.

I went to search, and searched for anything larger than 64k. Nothing showed up.

Storage problem and hot sync

I cannot hot sync because my cingular 8125 tells me I am out of storage. Ideas ?

These sound like problems with your cache files. If you are using PIE (and can start it.)

  1. Open PIE
  2. Click on 'Menu'
  3. Click on 'Tools'
  4. Click on 'Options...'
  5. Click on the 'Memory' tab
  6. Click the 'Clear History' button
  7. Click the 'Delete Files' button
  8. Click on the 'Security' tab
  9. Click the 'Clear Cookies' button
  10. Close PIE

You should have freed up a bunch more space on your device.

If you Use Opera a similar process is used. I can detail it if you'd like. (I should probably write this up in a blog post.)
