If you are a TomTom user, then you know the Point-Of-Interest that really has your interest are those annoying mobile speed cameras. FlitsNav is a cute little app that will fetch the current list of Dutch mobile speed cameras as a POI file.

It can do it once, or at fixed intervals (e.g. every 15 min.). The files are small (usually less than 1 kB), so one need not fear high bills for GPRS datatraffic.

TomTom will pick up the POI file on the fly. And of course, don't forget to configure TomTom to sound a sirene when approaching a speed cam. Definately a killer app if you ask me!

You can find more info on FlitsNav (in Dutch) here
