Installing Yahoo messenger for newbies :)

I went on yahoo's site and they have messenger for smartphones and PDA's with Window's 5.0 on them.
When I install it, I get a message that it's not a proper program.
Has anyone had success with this? If not, what's the best(free) way to get yahoo on my phone.
Thank you in advance.
The newbie
Todd

Unfortunately Yahoo has not released a Chat version for Windows Mobile 5 what you have downloaded must be the Smartphone version so its giving this error. You can alternatively download Agile Messenger Alpha or Beta or Imov, or IM+ (not free) and then chat in Yahoo or any other IMs. Remember Agile messenger is quite buggy and many times it hangs the machine, though I have read somewhere the Alpha version works fine. As of now they are free. All the best.

I put the Agile version 3 alpha on my phone and it seems to work fine. The only thing is with the PPC version windows aren't ful screen kind of cool but took a little getting used to.

I don't think Talkonaut works with MSN, Yahoo or AOL. Or am I wrong? BTW, mig33 does work for MSN and Yahoo.
