HTC Wizard won't boot, badly need help

Hi everyone! I am running into a serious problem and baddly need help. My MDA stuck on the white T-mobile boot up screen and when I do factory reset by pressing and holding Conn Manager and VoiceDial while pressing reset, it show me

Fomate FAT partition
Format Failed.

Please help.
