A lot of tweaks that are available for the HTC Wizard require that you know the basics of operating your HTC Wizard. These basic operations are described in the manual you got with your HTC Wizard, either in print of as a document on CD-ROM. In this part of the HTC Wizard Handbook we will try to be just a little bit more thourough than the standard manual.

Please familiarise yourself with these basic operations on the HTC Wizard before you try to apply registry tweaks or installation of software you find here on the HTC Wizard Web or elsewhere. You don't try to tweak your home PC without learning basic operations on Windows (maybe you do, but you shouldn't), so don't try to work your HTC Wizard running Windows Mobile 5 either. It will save you from pulling your hair out someday. Really, it will.
