People send files from one mobile phone to another over Bluetooth all the time. On the HTC Wizard the method to do this is not too obvious. A short explanation:

Enable Bluetooth on the receiving device and on your HTC Wizard
Use File Explorer to browse to the directory that contains the file you want to transfer
Tap and hold the file, and select Beam File...
A new screen will pop up with the Infrared option, and the word searching under it. Upon discovery of the receiving device, its name will appear as the second option. Select it and the transfer will start. You may have to confirm that you want to receive the file on the receiving device.
