For the longest time I was having problems with my movies and other videos skipping frames on my device (especially the hi quality ones). Then nikc0069 in our forums showed me the program that solved this issue flawlessly. Its called PocketDivXEncoder and the latest free version can be downloaded from The Creators Website.

What the program does is reincode your videos to be played on a mobile device.

Beginning August 2, T-Mobile customers can download free upgrade software for the MDA from T-Mobile.com. This upgrade brings the latest and greatest T-Mobile MDA features to existing customers. The upgrade includes Microsoft's Messaging & Security Feature Pack for Windows Mobile 5.0(MSFP) plus additional feature upgrades that will improve the customer experience with the device.

There are 2 diffrent screens that show up when I power on my device. The first one is the "Splash Screen" that shows you the version numbers and other information about your HTC Wizard, the second one is the Windows Mobile "Logo" screen. They can both be replaced with what ever images you want to use.

First we will replace the splash screen using this handy utility called wizSplash from Button on XDA-Developers that is attached below:

I found this great utility called BaseHue Express that lets you change the "hue" of your WM5 skin to what ever color you want, without having to download a new skin for every color, or you can even switch it to grayscale if color is not your thing. You just select the "hue" you want from the selection and hit apply and your colors are changed. You can download BaseHue Express from the creators web site:
